Xune Limited, trading as Crypto Mining Rigs or its affiliated parties are not liable to replace or refund any part of full or partial refusal of warranty on any items due to other manufacturers and their respective policies, or individual company and suppliers’ terms and conditions.

If any parts need replacing that fall under conditions that respective manufacturers deem to void the warranty for any reason, the limited warranty is also voided by Xune Limited. Xune Limited will not be liable for any loss due to the non-replacement of goods or of coins or tokens generated due to this event.

Any deposit taken in advance for any orders is non-refundable.

Due to the delicate nature of the components, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the rig has left our workshop. 

Subject to availability and at the founder's discretion, you may be offered a buy-back option of your rig in the case of upgrades. You may be eligible to trade your rig for credit against a future purchase.

In all cases of hosting, refunds will not be given on a pro-rata basis should you give notice on your hosting with Xune Limited trading as Crypto Mining Rigs. Equally, should the notice period on either side coincide with the recurrence of the billing period, you shall not be charged. 

Our subscription services are recurring on a monthly basis and you are responsible for cancelling that subscription should you want the subscription to end. Any unused hosting or subscription services will are non-refundable. 

If/When recurring services are discontinued it is your responsibility to arrange safe and insured transit from Xune's main office in Sheffield, UK: Sheffield, UK: Full Address: Xune Limited, Blades Business Hub, John Street, Sheffield, S2 4SW. We recommend collection or fully insured courier delivery when your rig is removed from hosting and will not be held liable for any damage that occurred during transit. 

I understand that if, for any reason including but not limited to the company entering liquidation, ceasing trading or illness on behalf of those operating the company, Xune Limited is not able to assist in the warranty process for any unforeseen reason, it will be my responsibility to contact the manufacturers and communicate with them directly to claim any respective warranties.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 hours) if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We thoroughly test all equipment prior to it leaving our workshop and recommend in-person collection of rigs or a paid insured courier service. Contact us at sales@cryptominingrigs.co.uk for further details of installation services.

If those services aren't requested, Xune Limited, trading as Crypto Mining Rigs ceases to be responsible for any faults, issues or damage that occur during transit due to the delicate nature of the components. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, this includes all our custom-built rigs.  We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges, except where individuals may be seeking an upgrade. We, therefore, retain the right to exercise a buyback on goods originally built and sold by ourselves. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if any issues arise fall within the limited warranty we offer. If any recompense is deemed to be due, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
